2025 Cloverdale Ponytail League Calendar and Timeline
Open Registration
- January 13-April 1 Open Registration
- Early Bird Registration January 13-March 1 ($40 Discount)
- Regular Registration Mar 2- April 1 $120
- Late Registration after April 15 (Late Fee Added)
- Regular Registration Fee $120 additional family members get $25 discount per registration.
Assessments-All players in Farms, Minors, and Majors Divisions must attend assessments for team draft. Assessment dates TBD.
Divisions:
Ponies- T-Ball/Coach Pitch (Ages 4-6); Players will be placed on teams without assessment
Farms- Player Pitch/Coach Pitch (Eligible ages 7-9) All players will be assessed and placed on teams; 6 y/o players with experience will need to register for Ponies, then attend an assessment for eligibility
Minors- Player Pitch (Eligible ages 10-12) All players will be assessed and placed on teams; 9 y/o players with experience will need to register for Farms, then attend an assessment for eligibility
Majors- Advanced Player Pitch (Eligible ages 12-14) All players will be assessed and placed on teams
Practice Begins- May
Opening Night-Monday, June 9, 2025
Season of Play: June 9, 2025-July 31, 2025 - Game schedules typically include 2 nights per week (Mondays and Wednesdays; Thursdays if needed)
